Rip60 is Rip Current Athletics’ staple strength and conditioning small group class. We utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, ski ergs, air bikes, body weight and more.
Our Rip60 group classes are much more than a simple boot camp with random exercises. They are more than HIIT training alone. They are varied routines of high intensity workouts mixed with strength and conditioning training which are designed to keep your body burning calories long after you leave the gym.
Rip60 classes provide individual coaching within a group setting to ensure we give you the most out of your hour. It’s even better when you’re surrounded by great people who push you to be a better you.
Every programmed workout every day is different, but with intention on progressing you forward in your journey to a healthier, happier you. Everything can be modified to your ability, whether it’s your first time with us or you’re a fitness enthusiast.

Our Nutrition Coaching will guide you to positive behavioral changes in order for you to get the most out of your healthy lifestyle because in the end, you can’t outwork a bad diet, and if you don’t know what a bad diet looks like, that’s a problem.
